A Taste of Tai Chi
This series of six classes continues from the introductory series of three classes that began in May. The goal of tai chi training is to improve stability, balance, coordination and strength. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes. Participants are encouraged to continue with this series through August 30. No drop-ins, please; space is limited. Registration required.
