Yoga helps you deal with everyday stress while improving your level of fitness. Join us every Wednesday for free classes facilitated by a longtime yoga practitioner. All ages and fitness levels welcome. Bring your own yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, and eat lunch at least two hours before class. Registration required.
