Yoga is a way of living to help improve your physical fitness. It is also designed to help in dealing with everyday stress. Join us for free yoga classes on Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
The classes will be taught by a longtime yoga practitioner. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Register for Wednesday classes, Friday classes, or both.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your own yoga mat, and do not eat lunch less than two hours before class.
