Teens, yoga is a great way of living to help improve your physical fitness. It is also designed to help you deal with everyday stress. Join us for a free two-week session of introductory yoga geared for teens. Classes will be taught by a longtime yoga practitioner. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your own yoga mat, and do not eat lunch less than two hours before class. Registration required.
