Yoga is a way of living to help improve your physical fitness. It is also designed to help to deal with everyday stress. Join us for free yoga classes on Wednesdays.
Classes will be taught by a longtime yoga practitioner. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your own yoga mat, and eat lunch at least two hours before the class.
