Join us for an introductory series of three tai chi classes. The goal of tai chi training is to improve stability, balance, coordination and strength. Participants are encouraged to continue with the "Taste of Tai Chi" series that runs July 9 thru August 30. No drop-ins, please; space is limited. Registration required.
