Join us for an evidence-based fall prevention program for older adults. Classes run 45 minutes and include warm-up, core tai chi and cool-down exercises. You will learn an eight-form routine while improving postural stability, coordination and strength. Part 1 of 2 sessions run Sept. 3 - Oct. 29. Part 2 of 2 is Nov. 5-19 and Dec. 3-17. Participants must start with the Sept. 3 class. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and move only within your limits.
