Join us for an evidence-based fall prevention program for older adults. Classes run 45 minutes and include warm-up, core Tai Chi and cool-down exercises. You will learn an eight-form routine while improving postural stability, coordination and strength. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and move only within your limits. This is an ongoing class with a beginning and end. The Tai Chi skills will develop each week so cumulative participation is encouraged.
